soundlily offers specialized technology consulting services in digital audio distribution system architecture, acoustic engineering for commercial environments, and corporate broadcast platform management. It also provides training on intangible asset monetization, technical distribution rights control, and media server optimization.
The user agrees to use soundlily services in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these terms. Any fraudulent, illegal use, or use that may harm the image or interests of soundlily or third parties is prohibited. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.
soundlily provides its services with the utmost professional diligence. However, it is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the services by the user, temporary service interruption due to technical reasons or force majeure, nor for decisions made by the user based on the recommendations offered. soundlily's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last twelve months.
All content, materials, methodologies, and documentation provided by soundlily are protected by intellectual property rights. Their reproduction, distribution, or public communication without the express authorization of soundlily is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.
The contractual relationship will have a specific duration according to the contracted service. soundlily may immediately terminate access to the services if the user breaches any of these terms. The user may cancel their subscription at any time, without the right to a refund of amounts already paid.
soundlily reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on this page. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
These terms are governed by the legislation of the Dominican Republic. For any dispute that may arise from their interpretation or execution, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Punta Cana, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
